Welcome to Muscle Freaks! We know you're excited to get your hands on your new tech, so we prioritize fast, secure, and transparent shipping. All orders are processed and shipped from our warehouses Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays.
Delivery Timeframes
Standard Shipping:Â 5-7 business days.
Expedited Shipping:Â 2-3 business days.
Same-Day / Next-Day Shipping:Â Available at checkout for eligible items and locations. Orders must be placed before 12 PM local warehouse time.
Processing:Â All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment is confirmed.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and begin once your order has shipped, not when it is placed. Delays due to carrier processing or inclement weather are possible.
Shipping Rates
We offer simple and predictable shipping options. All rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, cart weight, and selected service.
Free Standard Shipping on all domestic orders over $75.
Standard Shipping (under $75):Â Flat rate of $5.99.
Expedited Shipping:Â $12.99.
Same-Day/Next-Day:Â Rates vary by location and will be displayed at checkout.
International Shipping
We ship steroids to body build lovers worldwide! International orders are subject to the following:
Delivery:Â 10-20 business days, depending on the destination country and customs processing.
Fees: Prices at checkout are for the product and shipping only. The customer is responsible for all import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees levied by the destination country. These are not collected by us at checkout.
Restrictions:Â We comply with international export laws. Some high-tech items with specific components may not be shippable to certain countries. Please see our full list of restricted destinations.
Tracking & Support
Tracking:Â The moment your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and a direct link to monitor your package's journey.
Support: Our delivery support team is here to help! If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you can't find your package, please first check with household members, neighbors, and secure delivery spots. If it's still missing, or if your package is damaged, contact our support team at support@musclefreaks.com within 48 hours of delivery. Please include your order number and any relevant photos.
Important Policies
Shipping Address:Â Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot modify the address once an order is processed and are not responsible for packages sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Carrier:Â We primarily ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx for domestic orders, and trusted international carriers for global shipments.
Holidays:Â Shipping and customer service will be paused on observed national holidays.
